munchpops is my baking pseudonym. I am a self taught baker who started baking as a hobby, creating little cakes on sticks. Their popularity with friends and family meant that a growing demand followed and ideas for new and more elaborate designs were created. I was then asked to help a friend bake a cake for her mum's 75th birthday and celebration cakes took off! I pride myself on using top quality ingredients: free range eggs, 100% milk butter and high grade flour and sugar which I try to source from the UK and which all help to make my cakes moist, delicious and give a really fresh home baked taste.
What I do
I thrive on creating new recipes for cakes and decorating them to suit any occasion. munchpops can be sophisticated and luxurious or fun and quirky. I have catered for small children's parties, special occasions and weddings, so don't hesitate to contact me.
